I got a lip flip here and couldn’t speak more highly of the team! No pushy sales; they just genuinely tried to see what I wanted, presented more offers/services, then let me make my decision without any pressure. The doctor I saw (Dr. Jennifer Hsieh) was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and kind! I tend to pass out when receiving shots (vaccines and the like), and when I started to feel woozy, Dr. Hsieh took very good care of me—she got me water and an ice pack, lowered my chair, and let me sit as long as I needed until I was able to get up and head home. I’ll be back for sure!
Very nice med spa. The office and treatment rooms are super clean and nicely decorated. I've received several cosmetic procedures here and have been pleased with the results. Krista and Jennifer take their time and answer any questions I have about my goals and what is involved with each treatment. The monthly memberships make it very affordable, as well.
I traveled for work, and I was stationed here in Winston-Salem, I called revitalize because I was interested in getting lip fillers. Stephanie was the one who answered the phone, she demonstrated a great level of professionalism and customer service, and was able to get me a same day, appointment and consultation. Once arriving, I was very impressed with the building, the cleanliness and the staff. All three of the women that work here are phenomenal. Jennifer is the one who did my lip filler and she did such an amazing job. If I ever find myself back here with work, this is my go to place! I highly recommend this spa.
Staff is friendly and caring. I felt like Jennifer listened to my concerns & she did not over fill me with Botox. She did an amazing job with my Botox. I’m happy with the results. I’ll be going back every few months for upkeep. Prices are affordable & I love the different reward systems they offer.
This place is my go-to, you don't wait and Stephanie the manager of the office is on top of everything she's amazing, Rose the esthetician is by far the best I have ever experienced. She is really into the science of things, she knows her stuff and her hands are magic. It's the best price in the area for Botox and zemon. Definitely ask for Rose, Stephanie will hook you up. Jennifer really listens, she addressed my issues and has made me happy every single time.
